// ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and our services — especially as supporting disabled and retired people is one of our specialisms.

Our commitment

Accessibility isn’t an afterthought for us — we specialise in accessible IT support for disabled people and patient help for retired users, so we care deeply about making our own website easy for everyone to use.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard friendly — you can navigate the whole site without a mouse, with a “skip to content” link and clearly visible focus outlines.
  • Respects reduced motion — if your device is set to reduce motion, our animations and moving background switch off automatically.
  • Readable — we aim for strong colour contrast, scalable text, and plain English with no jargon.
  • Structured clearly — proper headings, labels and descriptive links so screen readers can make sense of every page.
  • Works everywhere — the site adapts to phones, tablets and computers.

Aiming for the standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA. The site was last audited on 14 September 2026: fifty page templates were tested by machine and by hand (keyboard, screen-reader semantics, zoom, colour contrast measured on screen), and every page was checked for headings, labels and link names. The problems that audit found were fixed the same day; anything still open is listed below. Accessibility is never “finished” — we re-audit and refine the site over time.

Known issues

  • The Bournemouth 3D map’s advanced controls (four sliders and a search box) do not yet have labels.
  • The customer portal after sign-in has not yet had a full screen-reader walkthrough.
