/01 — WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR

Who this training is for

This page is for owners and managers who want a whole team using AI properly — not one enthusiast quietly experimenting while everyone else waits to be told what’s allowed. Perhaps you’re weighing up Microsoft Copilot licences. Perhaps half your staff already paste things into ChatGPT and you’re not entirely sure what. Either way, the questions are the same: which tools, for which jobs, with what rules?

We train teams across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider Dorset area — and remotely across the UK where that suits better — on Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, using your own workflows as the course material. If you’re an individual who just wants a friendly starting point, our free AI for Beginners course is the better fit. This page is about scoped, quoted enablement for a team. For sector-by-sector examples of where AI earns its keep, see AI by industry.

/02 — SESSIONS BUILT ON YOUR REAL WORKFLOWS

Sessions built on your real workflows

Generic AI courses teach prompts in the abstract, and the learning evaporates by Friday. We start from the other end: what does your team actually do all day? Quotes and estimates, customer emails, job sheets, meeting notes, reports, spreadsheets, chasing invoices — every business has a different list, and every role on the team has a different slice of it.

We build role-based sessions around that list. What your office administrator needs from Copilot is not what your estimator or your director needs, so we don’t sit them through the same slides. Each person practises on realistic examples from their own job — agreed with you in advance, so nothing sensitive ends up on a screen — and leaves with working patterns they can use the next morning.

We’re also honest about the limits. Some tasks shouldn’t be a person prompting a chatbot at all — they should be a quiet automation running reliably in the background. When training uncovers one of those, we say so; building them is what our wider AI services are for.

/03 — SAFE USE: THE HABITS AND THE POLICY

Safe use: the habits and the policy

Before anyone gets faster with AI, they need to know where the edges are. The most valuable hour of the programme is usually the one about what never goes into an AI tool: customer names and personal details, passwords and access keys, card or bank information, unreleased financial figures, anything covered by an NDA.

There’s a plain reason why. Some free, consumer-grade chatbot plans can use what you type to improve their models unless the settings say otherwise. Business-grade tools handle data differently — which is exactly why choosing the right tier matters. We explain your data-protection responsibilities in plain English, including what UK GDPR means for pasting customer information into a chatbot, without pretending a training day makes compliance somebody else’s problem.

You also leave with a short, readable AI use policy written for your business: which tools are approved, what the data rules are, when to disclose that AI was involved, and the habit that underpins everything — AI drafts, a person decides. Outputs get checked by a human before they reach a customer, a contract or a set of accounts.

/04 — APPROVED TOOLS, CHOSEN FOR HOW YOU WORK

Approved tools, chosen for how you work

You shouldn’t have to become a technology analyst to choose between Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude — that’s our job. We recommend tools based on what you already pay for, how each one handles your data, and what the actual work is. Often the honest answer is a mix: Copilot where it lives naturally inside Microsoft 365, a different tool where it’s simply better at the task in hand.

As a Microsoft Partner we’ll also tell you who on the team would genuinely use a Copilot licence and who wouldn’t — it’s a paid add-on per user, and there’s no sense paying for seats that will sit idle. The approved-tools list we hand over names specific tools and tiers, so nobody on your team has to guess what’s allowed.

/05 — AFTER THE SESSIONS: ADOPTION, NOT A CERTIFICATE

After the sessions: adoption, not a certificate

Most workplace training fades within a fortnight, which is why we don’t sell training days and disappear. The monthly service that sits behind every programme covers the part that actually changes behaviour: check-ins with the team, a simple agreed measure of which workflows have genuinely moved across, refresher sessions when the tools change — and they change constantly — and updates to your policy and approved-tools list as new features arrive.

It also keeps a door open. When follow-up shows a task that’s still eating time, sometimes the answer is another session — and sometimes it’s handing the task to an AI agent or automation instead. Because the same team does both, your training feeds implementation rather than stopping at a certificate.

/06 — TAUGHT BY PEOPLE WHO USE THIS EVERY DAY

Taught by people who use this every day

Plenty of AI training is delivered by people who have never run these tools outside a classroom. We’re an IT support firm, family-run and trading since 1995, and we use AI and automation in our own business every day: our booking automation, review requests, SMS scheduling and Slack-connected workflows were all built in-house and are running right now — for us. When we show your team a workflow, it’s one we operate, not one we read about.

You can see the sharp end of that on our 365 AI OS demo — a working, Claude-powered AI desktop prototype, honestly labelled as a scripted demonstration. And after the training, your team is supported by the same local people who look after your IT, backed by a 4.9-star Google rating.

/07 — HOW IT WORKS

How it works

No jargon required at any stage — you describe the work, we bring the technology.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the team.

A conversation about roles, workflows and where the time goes.

  2. 2

    We scope and quote.

A written quote per team: one-off programme design and delivery, quoted by complexity, plus the monthly follow-up service.

  3. 3

    Sessions run.

In person at your premises across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and wider Dorset, or remotely UK-wide.

  4. 4

    Policy and tools handed over.

Your AI use policy and approved-tools list, written for your business.

  5. 5

    Follow-up begins.

Check-ins, measurement and refreshers under the monthly service.

This isn’t hourly tutoring, and it isn’t a webinar. Tutors teach one person to prompt; this is enablement scoped to a whole team, tied to the systems that team uses — and, where it helps, to the automations behind them.

// GOOD QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

Is Copilot included in our Microsoft 365 subscription?

No — Microsoft 365 Copilot is a separate paid add-on licence per user, on top of a standard business plan. Part of scoping the training is working out who on your team would genuinely use it before you commit to licences. Some roles get real value from it; others do fine with carefully chosen free or lower-cost tools used safely. As a Microsoft Partner we can set the licences up for you if you decide to go ahead.

What should our staff never paste into ChatGPT?

Customer names and personal details, passwords and access keys, card or bank information, unreleased financial figures, and anything covered by an NDA. Some free chatbot plans can use what you type to improve their models unless the settings say otherwise, so the safe habit is to stop before pasting, not after. The training builds that habit, and your AI use policy writes it down so nobody has to rely on memory.

How much does team AI training cost?

It’s quoted per team. The one-off programme — design and delivery — is quoted by complexity: how many roles, how many people, and how much workflow mapping is involved. The ongoing follow-up runs as a monthly service, confirmed in the same quote. There are no tiers or per-seat price lists to decode; tell us about your team and you’ll get one written quote covering both.

Can you run the sessions at our offices?

Yes. We deliver in person at your premises across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider Dorset area, and remotely across the UK where that suits the team better. Many businesses mix the two — an in-person session to start, remote refreshers afterwards.

Half our team already uses ChatGPT. Do we still need training?

That’s usually the strongest reason to do it. Informal use means every person has invented their own habits — some good, some risky — and nobody knows what data has already been pasted where. Training doesn’t start people from zero; it levels the team up to a shared standard, closes the data-safety gaps, and usually shows even confident users techniques they’d missed.

How is this different from your free AI for Beginners course?

The free beginners course is for individuals who want a gentle, general introduction at their own pace. This training is scoped for a specific team: sessions built on your actual workflows, a written AI use policy, an approved-tools list, and follow-up under a monthly service. If you’re one person exploring AI, start with the course; if you’re responsible for a team, start here.
