We are not an authorised partner, reseller or agent of RUCKUS Networks, Belden, CommScope, Cisco or Cisco Meraki, and we have no access to their support entitlements on your behalf. Every date on this page comes from the vendor’s own published notices, linked in the source column, and was checked on 27 July 2026. Where we could not verify something from a vendor source we say “check with vendor” rather than guess.
What we actually do
Everything in this guide is stuff you can do yourself, and we mean that — the checklist, the tables and the free survey tool are there so you can. Some businesses would rather someone came and did it. That is what this page is for.
A Wi-Fi health check with us means: we walk the site and measure what people actually get, room by room; we read every access point’s model, firmware and negotiated power; we check the controller version against its own supported list; we check your patch position against the published fixes; and we write it down in plain English.
What you get at the end is a document that says what you have, what is genuinely wrong, what it would take to fix, and — where this is the answer — that nothing needs replacing at all. We are not a reseller for any Wi-Fi vendor, so we have no reason to arrive at any particular conclusion.
