If your Dell still starts and reaches Windows, we can usually help remotely over a secure session — we phone first, you watch the whole time, and it ends when we’re done. Software, email, updates, drivers and setup are all ideal for remote support. Hardware faults like a cracked screen or a dead battery need hands on the machine instead.
How much does a refurbished Dell cost?
