Frequently asked
Will I lose any email during the migration?
No — that is the whole point of doing it properly. We copy your full mailbox to the new home before switching anything over, then time the MX cutover so new mail keeps arriving. Your old folders and history come across intact.
Can I keep my existing email address?
Yes. As long as you own the domain (or we help you take control of it), you keep the same address. We update the DNS records behind the scenes so only the mailbox moves — what people see and type stays the same.
How long does an email migration take, and will I have downtime?
Most home and small-business moves are done within a day, and we schedule the actual switch for a quiet time so you barely notice. Mail keeps flowing throughout — there is no period where messages bounce or disappear.
What's the difference between email migration and email support?
Migration is a one-off project to move your email to a new home with nothing lost. Day-to-day fixes — Outlook errors, passwords, spam — live on our email support page. Many customers do a migration once, then keep us on a monthly plan for everything after.
Can you move us from Google Workspace, or an old web-host mailbox, to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We regularly move people off Google Workspace, GoDaddy-style host mailboxes and old POP3 accounts onto Microsoft 365, bringing mail, contacts and calendars with them. We only support Windows and Android, not Apple devices.
