// COMMUNITY · HOW WE WORK

If we can’t help, we’ll say so — and point you the right way

That promise is on our listing at #HelpAndKindness, Dorset’s community help directory — in their words, not just ours. This page is the practical version: the free, trusted services we genuinely point people to when the problem isn’t a computer.

// PROUD TO BE LISTED

You’ll find us on #HelpAndKindness

#HelpAndKindness (helpandkindness.co.uk) is the directory of support available across Dorset — the one local charities, carers and community workers actually use. It exists so that anyone in the county can find the right help, whatever the problem. We’re listed for what we do best: patient computer and tech help for older people — home visits by appointment, remote help, and free courses, with no jargon and no pressure.

If you’re helping someone with more than a computer problem, their directory is a genuinely good place to start — or ring them on 01305 59 59 58.
