IT support pricing in the UK varies widely, and many providers keep their prices hidden — which makes it hard to know if you are getting a fair deal. Here is a straight answer.
Typical price ranges
For home users, monthly support typically runs from around £15 to £30 per month depending on how many devices you have. For small businesses, support is usually priced per user (or per device) and commonly falls somewhere around £20 to £60 per user per month, depending on the level of security, backups and management included. One-off repairs are normally quoted on the work involved.
What drives the price
- Home or business, and how many users and devices.
- Monthly plan vs pay-per-problem.
- How much is included — basic help vs fully managed security, backups and Microsoft 365.
- Remote (cheaper, faster) vs on-site support.
Watch for hidden costs
The headline price is not the whole story. Ask what is not included: call-out fees, ‘out of hours’ charges, project work, and long lock-in contracts can all add up. We publish our prices, keep plans rolling and agree any extra cost with you up front.
What we charge
To keep things simple and transparent: home support from £18.25/month per computer and business support from £24.38/month per computer, plus Microsoft 365 at £4.85/month per user, with no contracts and no hidden fees. See our pricing page for the full comparison, or get a tailored quick quote.
