★★★★★
“We have asked Steve and David from 365 to help us with computing for many years now and found their service and responses to be brilliant. When we have had issues (which because they regularly check us issues are rare) they are perfect. Highly recommend 365.”

“Thank you David & Steve for the usual service and sorting out the problem I told you about. Excellent work as usual.”

365 PC Manager, on your PC
Our own free Windows app — digitally signed in our name — shows your PC’s health in plain English: drive condition, memory, protection, backup, Windows updates, risky programs and network settings, and an honest verdict. Anyone can use it, and we think every Windows PC should have it. On a plan it does more: it keeps your computer up to date and secure.
At every service we run a real broadband speed test from your machine and keep it with your record. Next visit, we can see whether your line has quietly got worse. No other local IT firm we can find will even show you your broadband speed — let alone track it visit to visit.
On a plan, every six-weekly service updates every program on the computer, not just Windows and Office — an out-of-date program is the back door criminals now hunt for with AI — checks your network’s safety, and ends with a written Service Report: what we did, how the machine scored, and anything worth planning. It is emailed to you, saved in your portal and left on your Desktop. And we keep an eye on the machines we look after between visits, so problems get caught before they bite. We can’t find another IT support company in Dorset that gives its customers an app of its own.
- Free forever, no sign-up, uninstall any time
- Every program kept up to date, not just Windows
- Your network’s safety checked at every service
- Broadband speed measured at every visit
- Every written Service Report in one place
- Your next visit — move or cancel it yourself
- Optional: let us run safe maintenance remotely
- No fake errors, no scare tactics, ever
// GOOD QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
Will you be patient with me?
Always. We explain everything clearly, never rush, and there’s no such thing as a silly question.
Can you help me avoid scams?
Yes — we set up sensible protection and you can always check with us before clicking a suspicious email or message.
How much does it cost?
Our home support plan is £18.25 a month per computer — rolling monthly, cancel anytime, no long contract. It covers friendly help as often as you need it, plus the updates, security and backups being quietly looked after for you.
Can my son or daughter arrange it for me?
Yes — families often set up and pay for the plan on a relative’s behalf, from anywhere in the country. See our computer help for elderly parents page, written just for them.
How does remote help work — is it safe?
We always phone you first — never pop-ups or cold calls — then you watch everything we do on your screen, and our access ends the moment we’re finished. We’ll even send you SMS reminders about your backups.
Do you run computer lessons?
Yes — friendly group classes at the Kinson Community Centre in Bournemouth and patient one-to-one lessons online. See computer lessons for seniors for details.
Do you support disabled people too?
Yes — supporting retired and disabled people is one of our specialisms. See our accessible IT support for disabled people page.
Do you visit people at home?
For lessons and one-to-one training, no — those happen online on your own screen, or in a class at the Kinson Community Centre, which is what keeps them affordable. For technical jobs that genuinely can’t be done remotely — a laptop that won’t start, a router that won’t talk to anything — we still come out. Most things, though, are fixed on your screen in minutes: we phone you, you watch everything, and our access ends when we’re finished. Between calls, our free courses let you learn at your own pace.
