Pop in your name and email
On the sign-in page, type your name and email and tap ‘Email me a code’. There’s no password to think up — and if you’re brand new we’ll ask for a phone number, so we can ring you before we ever connect.

Type your 6-digit code
It comes by email from info@365techies.co.uk — usually within a minute (worth a glance at your junk folder the first time). Type it in and you’re straight into your portal; this computer then stays signed in.

A plain, honest word on what’s free
The free 365 PC Manager app watches and reports on your PC’s health — it doesn’t secretly fix things or remove viruses on its own. The actual servicing, tune-ups and unlimited remote help come with a support plan. The app is for Windows PCs, and so is our support: we don’t support Apple Macs. And the instant browser check-up on your dashboard only reads what a web browser can see — the app sees the fuller picture.

Frequently asked
Is it really free? What’s the catch?
There’s genuinely no catch. The 365 Club is free forever, with no card details and no obligation. You can stay on the free membership for as long as you like.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. You can join, run a health check, read your reports and take the free courses without spending anything. A paid support plan is there if and when you want a techie to actually service your PC and help whenever you’re stuck.
How do I sign in — do I need a password?
No passwords. You type in your name and email, we email you a 6-digit code from info@365techies.co.uk, and you type that in. This computer then stays signed in, so it’s a one-off. Once we have your mobile, you can choose a text instead.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We never sell your data, and joining needs nothing more than your name and email — plus a phone number if you’re new, so we can ring you before we ever connect. See our privacy policy for the detail.
Can I upgrade to a support plan later?
Any time — and there’s no contract, so you can change your mind. Home support is £18.25/month per computer by Direct Debit; see the plans.
Does the app work on a Mac?
No. The 365 PC Manager app is for Windows PCs, and so is our support: we don’t support Apple Macs, iPads or iPhones.
