What can you migrate us from?
Almost anything — Gmail and Google Workspace, an old on-site Exchange server, web-host or cPanel mailboxes, GoDaddy and 123-Reg email, plain POP/IMAP accounts, and even loose PST files and archives on a PC. We work out the cleanest route for each source and move it across.
Will any email, contacts or calendars be lost?
No. We count the items in each mailbox before we start and again after the move, so we can prove everything arrived rather than just assume it did. Contacts, calendars, sub-folders and recurring meetings all come across — the bits other migrations tend to drop.
How much downtime is there?
Almost none. We copy your data across while you carry on working, then switch your domain over in the evening or at a weekend. You finish the day on the old system and start the next morning on Microsoft 365, with email still flowing in throughout.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
A single mailbox can be done in a day; a small team usually over an evening or a weekend. Larger mailboxes with years of history take longer to copy in the background, but the part you actually notice — the cutover — is short and planned around you.
