// WINDOWS PCS ONLY
We do not support Outlook on Apple Macs, iPads or iPhones. Apple does not allow our remote-support tool to take control of an iPad or iPhone (an Apple restriction), and our remote support covers Windows PCs only. On an Apple device, Microsoft’s own Outlook help is the place to start.

Why Outlook breaks — and why it’s usually a quick fix
Outlook looks complicated when it goes wrong, but the causes are surprisingly few: a server setting or port that’s slightly off, a password that changed, a corrupt local cache file, a misbehaving add-in, or a quirk of the new Outlook that Microsoft is still ironing out. Your actual emails are almost always safe on the server the whole time — it’s the connection or the local copy that’s playing up.
That’s why many Outlook problems are quick to fix once you know where to look. We can talk you through it, or connect securely and sort it for you — we always phone first, you watch the whole session, and access ends the moment we’re done. We’re Microsoft 365 & Outlook specialists and offer fast remote IT support right across the UK.

// GOOD QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
Is Outlook broken, or is it my email account?
Usually it’s Outlook, not the account. The quickest test is to sign in to your email in a web browser (Outlook on the web, or your provider’s webmail). If your mail is all there and works, the problem is the Outlook app or its settings on your device — which is good news, because that’s a quick fix.
Can you really fix Outlook remotely?
Yes — many Outlook problems can be fixed remotely, often within minutes. We connect over a secure Splashtop session (we phone first, you watch everything on screen, and access ends when we’re done), sort the settings or the cache file, and get your email flowing again.
Which version of Outlook do I have?
There are a few: classic Outlook for Windows (the long-standing desktop app, part of Microsoft 365 or Office), the new Outlook for Windows (a simpler, cloud-based app Microsoft is rolling out), Outlook on the web, Outlook.com webmail, and the Outlook mobile app. Our guides are tagged by version — and if you’re not sure which you’ve got, just call us.
How much does it cost to fix Outlook?
We diagnose for free and quote clearly before any chargeable work — no-fix-no-fee. Many quick Outlook fixes are a single remote session, from £20 with the price agreed first; if you’d like us to keep everything running smoothly, home IT support is £18.25/month per computer and business from £24.38.
My Outlook problem isn’t in the list — can you still help?
Almost certainly. The guides above are the most common ones, but we fix every kind of Outlook problem — calendars, shared mailboxes, contacts, add-ins, migrations and more. Give us a ring on 01202 775566 or drop us a message and we’ll take a look.
Can’t find your Outlook problem — or want it just done?
Whatever Outlook is doing, we’ve almost certainly fixed it before — usually remotely, within minutes, over a secure Splashtop session you watch the whole time. Homes and businesses across Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset, and remote across the UK.
