In short

  • 365 PC Manager is free to use on any Windows 10 or 11 PC. You never need to buy anything.
  • “Unlock everything” is an optional key: £19.99 in the UK, for a PC that isn’t on one of our support plans, and US$19.99 outside the UK. Paid once, for 12 months on up to 3 PCs.
  • It does not renew. After 12 months it simply stops, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another.
  • 30-day refund, no questions asked, even if you have used it.
  • It is software only. It doesn’t include phone calls, visits or remote help from our team. In the UK, unlimited remote help and a real person to call come with our support plans. Without a plan our help is still there when you need it, charged per job (remote fixes from £20).

What the key adds

Everything else in 365 PC Manager stays free, with or without a key. The key adds three things:

  • The full automatic service, whenever you choose to run it: Windows, driver and app updates, a deep clean, security and repair checks and a performance check. It usually takes 40 minutes to an hour and a half, Windows asks your permission first, and your PC may restart.
  • Switching off programs that start with Windows, from the app’s Start-up page.
  • Tidying old backups: removing Windows File History backup copies older than 30 days to free space. It asks you first and always keeps your most recent backup.

Price, tax and how you pay

In the UK the price is £19.99, charged once in pounds, with nothing added. We are the seller: you buy the key from us, 365 Techies Ltd, and PayPal takes the payment, by PayPal or card, so we never see your card or bank details. It is for a PC that isn’t on one of our support plans: a PC on a plan already has the full service, run for it by us.

Outside the UK. The price is US$19.99, charged once, in US dollars, with nothing added. For now it is on sale in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong; the app offers it only where it is on sale. The app also shows roughly what the price comes to in your own money, but the exact amount is up to your bank or PayPal, and some add a fee for paying in dollars. The key lasts 12 months from the day you buy it. When it ends, the app goes back to the free version and offers the key again; nothing happens unless you buy one.

We are the seller. You buy the key from us, 365 Techies Ltd. PayPal takes the payment, by PayPal or card, so we never see your card or bank details; your statement shows PayPal and our name. PayPal handles the payment under its own terms and privacy statement; these terms are about the key and using the software.

Your key and your PCs

  • Your key arrives by email a few minutes after you pay. In 365 PC Manager, open Unlock everything and type it where it says “Got your key?”.
  • One key works on up to three Windows PCs in your home or small business. Please don’t share it more widely: a key used on more PCs, or bought with a card that is later disputed, may be switched off.
  • Lost your key, or changing a PC? Reply to the email your key came in, or email info@365techies.co.uk from the address you bought with. We’ll send you a new key (the old one stops working) or free up a PC.
  • Every update to 365 PC Manager during your 12 months is included, and the free app keeps updating after that.

Our 30-day refund promise

If you’re not happy for any reason, ask within 30 days of buying and you get your money back in full. No questions asked, even if you have used the key.

  • To ask: reply to the email your key came in, or email info@365techies.co.uk from the address you bought with and the words “refund please”.
  • We refund you through PayPal, normally within two working days. It goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • Once it’s refunded, the key stops working and the app goes back to the free version.
  • Nothing here takes away any right you have under the law where you live. In the UK that includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and our 30 days are longer than the 14-day cancellation period the law gives you.

What the app changes on your PC, and how to undo it

  • Updates from the full service are Windows’ own: you can see and remove them in Windows Settings › Windows Update › Update history.
  • Programs you switch off at start-up can be switched back on from the same Start-up page, or in Windows Task Manager › Startup apps. If you uninstall 365 PC Manager, it puts them back for you.
  • Old backup copies that you tidy away are removed for good: that is why the app asks first and always keeps your latest backup.
  • To remove 365 PC Manager, use Windows Settings › Apps.
