What's the difference between the home and business support plans?

Home IT Support covers your computer with remote help, a full service every six weeks and security checks. Business IT Support is per-computer cover for sole traders and small teams, adding Microsoft 365 management and security, with a fully custom plan for a whole company.

Do I need to add Microsoft 365 to my plan?

Only if you want Outlook, Teams and business email set up and looked after for you. On a home plan, say yes in the finder and it recommends Home Support + Microsoft 365 at £23.10/mo per computer; say no and it recommends standard Home Support. Business plans include Microsoft 365 management already.
