Here’s what it’s like
What the video says
There’s no voice in this one — just the game’s own music and engine, and these captions. Free, no adverts: a 3D road race in your browser. No download and no sign-in. Press Play, and the lights turn green. From Bournemouth seafront: your girlfriend beside you. A red roadster, the open road and the Dorset coast. Beat the clock: drift, nitro, near misses. She asks for things as you go — a slipstream, a jump, the coins. Do them for hearts. Fifteen real places: choose your road at every fork. Sandbanks, Old Harry, Corfe, Swanage, the New Forest — the map shows your way. Five goals, Lyme Regis to the Needles: Durdle Door, Portland, Weymouth, Lyme Regis or the Needles — a time bonus, a love bonus and a rank. Hall of Fame: today, this week, all time, and your town. Next time, your best drive races you as a ghost car.

/02 — NO ADVERTS
Why there are no adverts, and never will be
We’re 365 Techies, a family-run computer support company in Bournemouth, looking after people’s computers since 1995. Lots of our customers love a game of cards, and too many of the free ones are wrapped in adverts — pop-ups between games, videos you have to sit through, buttons that are really adverts. So we made our own.
There are no adverts, nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for — just the game. We’re paid for looking after computers, not for your attention, so there’s nothing to sell you here. If your computer ever plays up, that’s what we do: 01202 775566.
/03 — HOW TO PLAY
How to play 365 Coast Run
- The aim: reach a goal before the clock runs out. Each stretch of road ends at a checkpoint that adds time. Five stretches make a run.
- Steer with the left and right arrow keys (or A and D). The car accelerates by itself; press down (or S) to brake.
- Drift the bends: while turning at speed, tap down and the back slides out, so you go round sideways at full speed. Drifts one after another chain for more points and more nitro.
- Nitro: hold Space and flames shoot from the pipes, well past full speed while the blue bar lasts. Earn more by drifting, near misses, slipstreams and lines of coins.
- Your passenger asks for things as you go — a drift, a near miss, a jump, the coins. Do it before her timer runs out for up to three hearts, and take the road she asks for at a fork for two more.
On the road: a red magnet pulls in the coins, a gold star lets you smash through traffic, a purple gem doubles your points, and a green clock adds three seconds. P pauses.
/04 — FIFTEEN PLACES, FIVE GOALS
From Bournemouth seafront to Lyme Regis
Every run starts on Bournemouth seafront. At the end of each stretch the road splits — keep left (west) or right (east) to choose where you go next, through real places like Sandbanks, Christchurch, Corfe Castle, Swanage, the New Forest, Lymington, Hengistbury Head and Golden Cap.
There are five goals: Lyme Regis, Durdle Door, Portland, Weymouth and the Needles. Reach one for a time bonus, a love bonus and a rank — or carry on into round 2, back through the town, busier and quicker.
Every stretch keeps your best time on your device, and next time your best drive races beside you as a see-through ghost car. Three speeds: Gentle gives a little more time, less traffic and help round the bends.
/05 — HIGH SCORES
A Hall of Fame for every speed
- The Hall of Fame — a board for each speed: today, this week, all time and your town. Finish with a good score and you can put your initials and town on it, if you like. The title screen shows today’s top score to beat.
- Challenge a friend — when the game ends, send the link and see if they can beat your score.
- My scores and trophies — games played, your best and today’s best, kept in your browser, with a trophy cabinet shared by all our games. To carry your scores to another device, use Keep my scores.

// GOOD QUESTIONS
Frequently asked
Is 365 Coast Run really free?
Yes. There’s nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for. It’s made by 365 Techies, a family IT firm in Bournemouth.
Are there really no adverts?
None at all: no pop-ups between games, no videos to sit through before you can play again, and no buttons that turn out to be adverts. We’re 365 Techies, a family IT firm in Bournemouth — we’re paid for looking after computers, not for showing adverts.
Are the places real?
Yes — Bournemouth seafront, Sandbanks, Christchurch, Corfe Castle, Swanage, Durdle Door, Lyme Regis and more, drawn by us in our own style. The road between them is our own, made for racing.
How do I drift?
While you’re turning at speed, tap the down arrow and the back slides out. Keep steering into the bend to hold it. With automatic drifting on in Settings, just hold the turn into a bend.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. It plays in your web browser — Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox — with nothing to install and no sign-in. If you use our free Windows app, 365 PC Manager, it’s in its Games menu too.
Can I play on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Touch the left or right of the screen to steer, and both at once for nitro — or choose buttons in Settings. It’s 3D, so a newer device looks best.
What is the Hall of Fame?
When a game ends with a good score, you can put your initials and town on the board — for today, this week, all time and your town, with a board for each speed. Only if you choose to. Each score is checked against how long the game lasted, so nobody can simply make one up, and the title screen shows today’s top score to beat.
Fancy a drive?
Free, with no adverts, on your PC, laptop, tablet or phone. No download and no sign-in.
