A huge share of a device’s environmental footprint is in making it in the first place. So the single most sustainable thing we can do is help your existing computers last longer — through regular maintenance, sensible upgrades and honest repair-or-replace advice. We’ll never push a new machine you don’t need.
When it’s time to let go, do it right
Old electricals should never go in the bin. We help you securely wipe your data and recycle responsibly under the UK’s WEEE rules — see our guide to wiping and recycling an old computer, and find your nearest centre via Recycle Now and the gov.uk WEEE guidance.
