The biggest worry when moving to a new computer is losing something you can never get back. We remove that risk completely: before we move a single file, we take a full backup of your old machine. If anything were ever mislaid, it’s still safely stored — so there’s no gamble.

It’s a calm, step-by-step visit, usually at your home where your old and new computers are:
- We back up the old machine first.
- We move your photos, files, email, contacts and favourites across.
- We reinstall the programs you use and sign you back in.
- We open your files together on the new PC, so you can see everything is there before we finish.

- Set up printing, and make sure updates and basic security are switched on.

No — because we take a full backup of your old machine before we move anything. Everything is copied across and checked, so your photos, documents and emails all arrive safely on the new PC.
Can you transfer my emails, contacts and browser favourites too?
Yes. We set your email accounts back up, bring across your old messages and address book, and carry over your bookmarks and saved passwords, so the new computer feels just like the old one.
Do you set up new computers at home in Bournemouth?
