What do the condition grades mean?
We grade Dell Latitude laptops A, B or C by how they look, not by how they work. A is near-mint, B has light cosmetic wear, C has more visible marks. Every grade is fully tested and working, and we tell you the exact grade before you buy.
What about the storage and battery?
Every machine is fitted with a brand-new Samsung Pro SSD (with a 5-year guarantee) for speed and reliability. Laptop batteries wear with use, so we check each one and tell you its condition up front — and can fit a fresh battery if you’d like.

Every machine comes with a 12-month return-to-base guarantee as standard. That becomes a 5-year guarantee for as long as you’re on a 365 support plan (home £18.25/month per computer, business from £24.38). On top of that: any remaining Dell warranty where applicable, and the new Samsung 990 PRO SSD’s own 5-year guarantee. Your Consumer Rights Act protection applies too, including a 30-day right to reject if something’s faulty.
